Property Mart operates as a real estate agent / channel partner based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We list and market residential, commercial and industrial properties — our own listings, resale properties, and builder projects marketed on behalf of our partner developers — and connect prospective buyers and tenants with sellers, landlords and developers. We are not ourselves the developer, promoter, owner or landlord of any property listed on this Site unless explicitly stated.

Property Mart is registered as a real estate agent with the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA), registration number UPRERAAGT14532, under Section 9 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. Full details of our registration, how project-specific RERA numbers on this Site relate to us versus the relevant developer, and how to independently verify them, are set out in our RERA Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

When you submit an enquiry, callback request, or contact form on this Site — including project-specific "Get Latest Quote" requests — you consent to Property Mart and its team contacting you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding that enquiry and related property information, even if your number is registered on a Do Not Disturb (DND) list, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations for service-related communication. Property details, images, floor plans, specifications, amenities, possession dates and prices on this Site are provided for general informational purposes, are sourced from developers, sellers and public listings, and are indicative and subject to change without notice. Where a price carries an asterisk (*), the accompanying "as of" date shows when we last verified it — not a locked-in current price. We do not warrant that any listing is complete, error-free, or currently available, and nothing on this Site constitutes a legal offer capable of acceptance. Always confirm current details with our team or the developer before making any decision or payment.

The Site's design, layout, original text, graphics and the Property Mart name and logo are the property of Property Mart and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Property photographs, renders and project collateral remain the property of their respective developers or photographers. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Scrape, copy or republish Site content at scale without permission
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent enquiry information
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or normal operation

This Site may link to developer websites, the RERA portal, or other third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or availability of any third-party site.

Property Mart acts as an intermediary connecting you with sellers, landlords and developers. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from a third party's (including a developer's or promoter's) act, omission, delay, or failure to deliver a property as represented. Our liability, where it does arise from our own services, is limited to the extent permitted under applicable Indian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Property Mart harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do — please check back periodically.
