How We Verify Listings
Property is a significant decision, and listing pages are only useful if you can trust what they say. This is a plain description of how a property gets onto this site, and what to do if something looks off.
Every listing goes through our own team
Nothing on this site is scraped or auto-imported. A member of the Property Mart team adds each listing directly, after speaking with the owner, developer or authorised representative.
We check documentation before publishing
Where applicable, that means confirming title/allotment documents, RERA registration status, and that the person listing the property is actually authorised to sell or lease it.
Listings are reviewed, not just posted once
Price, availability and status can change quickly in the Noida corridor. We periodically review published listings and update or remove ones that are no longer accurate.
Tell us if something looks wrong
If a listing looks outdated, mispriced, or you have reason to believe the details are incorrect, contact us — we'd rather fix it than leave it up.
Questions about a specific listing, or want to report something that doesn't look right? Get in touch and our team will look into it.
