Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert quality leads for residential, commercial and luxury properties
- Conduct property visits, present offerings and negotiate transactions
- Build client relationships and manage upsells
- Mentor junior staff and set team targets (Manager and Sr. Manager levels)
- Track market trends and maintain accurate CRM records to meet revenue targets
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Noida and Greater Noida property market dynamics
- Fluent English and Hindi
- Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
- CRM competency
