The Gaur Chowk Underpass, currently under construction at one of the region's busiest intersections, is expected to provide seamless connectivity between Greater Noida West, Surajpur, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Delhi.


Being developed to address increasing traffic volumes, the underpass will help streamline vehicle movement and reduce travel time for thousands of daily commuters. According to project updates, construction has entered its final phase, with significant progress already achieved on the main structure and connecting roads.

In a significant infrastructure development for the NCR region, the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has proposed a 31-kilometer elevated corridor along the Yamuna Pushta Road to enhance connectivity between East Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, and the upcoming Noida International Airport at Jewar. The proposed expressway will provide an alternative route to the heavily congested Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and is expected to improve travel efficiency for commuters and businesses.


The corridor is planned to connect the Okhla Barrage area in Delhi with Greater Noida, offering faster access to Jewar Airport and key economic hubs across the region. Infrastructure experts believe the project will strengthen regional mobility, support commercial growth, and boost real estate development along the corridor.
